How does payment work?

50% of the project sum is due at contract signing and the final 50% is due at the final deliverable handover.

What does a typical process look like?

Once contact is made by our front-end team, scoping agreements are made, we’ll sign an NDA (if requested), model / location / materials / requirements are exchanged, and a short form contract is signed. At the delivery of the first 50% payment, our team hands the project over to the back-end team and the clock starts on our delivery timeline. Drafts and revisions are exchanged based on level of contract service. A final image (or set of images) is turned over upon reception of the second 50% payment.

Will you post my images on your site?

No images will ever be posted without express consent of the client / owner.

What modeling formats do you accept?

We are capable of working with Revit, Rhino, Sketchup and all other major modeling software exports.

Do you perform modeling services?

For a custom negotiated fee, we are open to taking on light modeling services outside of FF&E placement and post processing. If specialty items or families are required, they will be billed for separately as an agreed upon add services line item.
